About Our Founder

Mr. Mayank Arora is the founder of Axial and brings a wealth of experience to the company. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Commerce degree, both from the University of Mumbai. With over 14 years of diverse industry experience, his expertise spans listing, corporate restructuring, due diligence, mergers and amalgamations, foreign investment, joint ventures, RBI matters, as well as secretarial, legal, and financial affairs. Mr. Arora has previously worked with companies across various sectors, including metals, textiles, real estate, and has also been associated with renowned CA and CS firms.

In his role, Mr. Arora plays a key part in guiding clients through intricate fundraising transactions and Pre-IPO placements. His vast network, which includes proprietary funds, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and institutional investors, provides crucial support for businesses seeking capital.
